Dent provides:

  • Free educational content and marketing material via the Site

  • Free live and/or recorded webinars

  • Optional follow-up sales conversations conducted via Zoom or similar platforms

Any paid products or services (including access to Dent’s proprietary platform, programmes, or memberships) are not provided via the Site itself and are governed by separate written agreements presented at the point of sale.


3. Eligibility

Our content and services are intended for:

  • Business owners and operators of service-based businesses

  • Businesses generating at least $100,000 in annual revenue

By engaging with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have authority to act on behalf of a business where applicable

We reserve the right to refuse access or engagement at our discretion.

All content provided via the Site, webinars, or sales calls is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing we provide constitutes:

5. Webinars and Sales Calls

  • Registration for free webinars does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or offer.

  • Attendance on a webinar or sales call does not obligate either party to enter into a commercial relationship.

  • Any offer to purchase Dent services is made separately, on its own terms, and may be withdrawn at any time.


6. Fees and Paid Services

If you choose to purchase access to Dent’s platform or programmes:

  • Pricing, payment terms, duration, renewals, and refunds will be set out in a separate agreement

  • These Terms do not govern paid access unless explicitly stated in writing


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our webinars, including (without limitation):

  • Text, video, audio, slides, frameworks, methodologies, branding, and trademarks
    is owned by or licensed to Dent Accelerators UK Limited.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, resell, or exploit our content

  • Record or reproduce webinars or calls without prior written consent

Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.


8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or misleading purposes

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security

  • Misrepresent your identity or business

  • Harvest data or attempt unauthorised access

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
